These Terms & Conditions outline how Defender Soccer engages with customers and how transactions on our website are handled.

• All orders placed through our website are custom-made unless otherwise stated.
   
• Orders begin production only after payment is received.
   
• You are responsible for providing correct sizing, names, numbers, badge uploads, and any other required information.
   

• Custom team orders include unlimited mockup revisions during the pre-production stage.
   
• Once final approval is given, designs cannot be changed.
   
• Production timelines vary depending on customization level and quantity.
   

• We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna, and other approved payment methods.
   
• All prices are listed in USD.
   

• All Defender Soccer designs, templates, branding, and creative assets are protected by copyright.
   
• Any team logos or artwork uploaded by the customer must be owned by the customer or used with permission.
   

• Defender Soccer reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to misuse, invalid information, suspected fraud, or inappropriate artwork.

Defender Soccer accepts returns within 14 days after the customer receives the product.

Customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To return an item, customers must follow these steps:

1. Email info@defendersoccer.com to request a return authorization.
    
2. Items must be returned in original condition — unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
    
3. Place items back into their original packaging or secure protective packaging.
    
4. Ship the return to:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
   
• Defender Soccer does not reimburse shipping fees.
   

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, in compliance with Klarna’s requirements.
Store credit cannot replace a refund.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, as permitted by consumer law and Klarna guidelines:

• Custom team uniforms
   
• Personalized items (names, numbers, logos, customized colors or designs)
   
• Used, worn, or washed products
